Notes:
(1) – if the organist is not required but music is provided in some other way the fee for the organist is still payable.
(2) – the fee for the use of the organ is payable in addition to the organist’s fee if the organ is used.
(3) – the fee for the use of the bells is payable in addition to the bellringers’ fee if the bells are rung.
(4) – this additional fee is payable when the service is video recorded and/or streamed to the internet.
(5) – when the service is streamed a fee is payable for the use of the equipment and for the operator. (Although we will endeavour to stream the service to YouTube and also record it we can offer no guarantee. Whilst it is normally possible to do this there are a number of technical and other reasons which might mean that either or both do nor succeed. Those include problems with the equipment in the church, problems with the mobile phone signal and issues relating to YouTube. If streaming to YouTube does not succeed then half the fee paid will be refunded. If neither streaming nor recording succeed then the whole of the fee paid will be refunded.)
(6) – where the AV system is used during the service to play audio and/or video a fee is payable for the operator. That fee includes the preparation which the operator needs to undertake prior to the service. If the service is also streamed the operator’s fee for streaming is not also charged.
NB : There is a deposit of £100 payable when a wedding is booked

NBB: Burial in the churchyard is reserved for those residents in the Parish of Pattingham with Patshull or those on the electoral roll of the church of St Chad. The only exceptions will be interments into existing graves (where room permits) or where the deceased only ceased to be resident in the parish upon entering residential care.
