The guardian angel concept is present in the Hebrew bible and the Old Testament. Do you believe such angels exist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was 18 and driving my father\u2019s van and turning off the main A449 road from Wolverhampton to Kidderminster into Gilbert Lane leading into Wombourne village. At that time, it was a one vehicle track with a sharp 90-degree bend ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I approached the bend a loud deep voice from the back of the van shouted, \u201cTerry Stop!!\u201d My hair stood on end and a feeling of terror ran down my spine. At that very moment, a double decker bus took the bend at speed, with no room for me. I turned to look in the back of the van, but of course I could see no one. What was the voice that warned me of the danger ahead? Anyone interested in finding out about ringing should contact Geoffrey Dann or any of the ringers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On Tuesday <\/strong><strong>Prayers for Peace<\/strong> will be said in church at <strong>6 pm<\/strong>. Please do join us and if you would like more information or are willing to lead a session, please contact Mary Hayward (<a href=\"mailto:maryleah@hotmail.co.uk\">maryleah@hotmail.co.uk<\/a>)<em><strong>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On Wednesday<\/strong> at <strong>10.00 am<\/strong> there will be a service of <strong>Holy Communion<\/strong> according to the Book of Common Prayer, led by Revd James Makepeace, in church which will be followed by tea, coffee and cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>After the service<\/strong> the church will be open<strong> from 10.30 am<\/strong> until at least 11.00 am as a <strong>Place of Welcome<\/strong> when anyone who wants to will be welcome to share in the coffee, cake and chat, whether they have been to the service or not. Those attending will receive a warm welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>7 pm<\/strong> on <strong>Wednesday Choir Practice<\/strong> takes place in church.
