We are the Church of England Parish of Pattingham with Patshull. The parish includes the villages of Pattingham, Patshull and Burnhill Green in Staffordshire and also parts of Shropshire, including Rudge and an area around Patshull. St Chad’s Church is at the centre of the village of Pattingham and dates from the 12th century with Victorian additions. As the only church in the parish we welcome those of any denomination or none to our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St Chad’s Church, Pattingham with Patshull is committed to Safeguarding and has adopted the National and Diocesan Safeguarding Policies. Rogation Sunday – 10th May<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

St Mary’s Church in Patshull is now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust as it was made redundant in 1992. We hold a service there each Rogation Sunday. Before the service there is a Rogation Walk from St Chad’s Church. and many people walk there from St Chad’s. Before the service tea, coffee and cake are served to refresh those who have walked – and also those who arrived by other means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year Rogation Sunday is on 10th May. The walk will leave St Chad’s Church at 2.00 pm. The service at Patshull will be at 4.30 pm. All are welcome. Further details will be available nearer the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cleaning squad will be cleaning St Mary’s Church on the previous Sunday, 3rd May, at 2.00 pm. Anyone who is able to help would be welcome to join them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
