This year’s Harvest Festival is on Sunday 25th September.
Services
At 10 am there will be a service of Holy Communion for Harvest.
At 6.30 pm there will be an Evening Service of Harvest Thanksgiving in the Iona style,
Harvest donations
This year all produce will be donated to The Well, a Wolverhampton based food bank.
Please can donations be brought direct to church no later than the Evening Service that day so that arrangements can be made for collection shortly afterwards.
Items requested for donation are as follows:
- UHT milk
- Cereal
- Tea/coffee
- Sugar
- Jam/spreads
- Squash/long life fruit juice
- Tinned meat/fish
- Pasta/rice/noodles (dried)
- Pulses/couscous
- Soup (tinned)
- Vegetables (tinned)
- Pasta/cooking sauce (jar)
- Tinned fruit/custard
- Puddings
- Snacks/biscuits
- Nappies (sealed packs size 4, 5, 6)
- Baby wipes/toiletries
- Baby food
- Ladies/men’s toiletries
- Household cleaning products
No baked beans please. Only food within its Use by/Best Before dates please. Fresh produce can also be donated but packed separately from the non perishables please.
