Snippets from the PCC Meeting – 6th June 2023
The PCC meeting on 6th June was held in church. Among the matters discussed were:
Appointment of new vicar
We have been informed that there were no applications in response to the latest advertisement for the post of Vicar of Pattingham with Patshull and Bishop’s Adviser on the Environment.
We have therefore decided to ask the Archdeacon to advertise the half-time post as our Vicar on its own. We hope and pray that there will be some applications for this post.

Membership of the PCC
There were five vacancies for elected PCC members after the annual meeting. The PCC has elected Mille Colin-Stokes to fill one of those vacancies.
Services
With the continuing support of local clergy, both those in other parishes in the deanery and retired, we have got priests for all communion services until at least the end of September and our two Readers continue to lead our Sunday evening services.
Looking slightly further ahead, the All Souls Memorial Service will be on Sunday, October 29 at 6.30 pm.
